Yes, we offer home delivery to all parts of the Republic of Cyprus. We do not deliver to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus at this time.
You may collect your jewellery from our boutique in Limassol. Don’t forget to tick the “In store pick up” box at checkout, and we will have your package ready for collection on the same day.
Delivery is provided in partnership with courier service GAP AKIS Express.
The delivery fee is €4.95, and the estimated shipping time is 1-3 working days from order fulfilment. You can request home delivery, or delivery to your nearest GAP AKIS Express station.

If you have already completed checkout and you wish to cancel your order, call us as soon as possible. We normally fulfil order within same day, or the morning after, so if you call us immediately, we will be able to cancel your order. Please allow up to 10 days to process your full refund.
If your order is already processed and out for delivery, then we cannot cancel it. You can return your item at no extra cost, and we will provide a refund of the order total – you only have to cover the initial shipping costs.

If your order is already processed and out for delivery, then the matter is out of our hands and up to the courier company GAP AKIS Express. Call us on +357 97789817 as soon as possible, so that we can coordinate with the courier to return the package to us or update the delivery address.
We accept most of the major debit/credit card providers such as VISA, Mastercard, American Express and more. We also accept payment with PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Cash is also accepted if you choose to visit the boutique in Limassol and collect your jewellery in person.
You can only pay cash if you choose to pick up your purchase in our boutique located at the Royal Apollonia Hotel in Limassol. Make sure to bring your confirmation email or proof of order.
To redeem a gift card or discount voucher, please enter your code at the checkout page. Once you enter your discount code, the cart total will update to the new discounted price.
Only one discount can be applied per purchase, and each code if valid only once per customer. For any questions regarding discount code, give us a call
Don’t worry! We accept returns for any purchase as long as it is within 21 days. The product must be returned in “as new” condition and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be provided, subject to inspection of our staff member for verification. For any returns, we will provide the shipping vouchers and cover the shipping fees.
Should you need to return an item by courrier:
If you are near Limassol, you can always pop into our Royal Jewellery Boutique at the Royal Apollonia Hotel, a member of our team will organise the return of the jewellery and your refund. Make sure you have the jewellery piece in its original packaging and the receipt for your purchase.
Once we process your refund, it will be credited back into the same bank account as you used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days to process the refund.

Yes, we offer resizing for rings, our master jeweller will resize the ring to fit your finger at an extra cost. Make sure to tick the appropriate box at check out.

Each product includes a 1-year warranty subject to the customer providing a proof of purchase inspected by one of our staff to verify the claim. The warranty policy covers:
The warranty policy does not cover lost or stolen jewellery, in parts of entirely. If it is determined that the damage is due to usual, unusual, extreme or abusive use, the warranty will not cover the cost and the customer is liable to pay for the repairs. Any repairs, resizing or work done by a third party will void our warranty.

Yes, for shipping all our packages are sent in a black envelope which cannot be identified as jewellery. Inside the envelope, you will find a customized jewellery box with your purchase.
